Dear Alex,

Hi! My name is Justin and I am 5 years old.

I really like reading your stories. I go to Montessori in the morning and French Immersion in the afternoon. You draw good pictures. I have 2 bigger brothers Jonas is 9 and Andrew is 7. Right now the leaves are just starting to change colours on the trees. We love the fall in Canada.

I wish you could live in Canada because you could be my friend.

Bye,
Justin

Dear Alex:

My daughter tells me that she is sure that she saw a koala bear riding a magic carpet along with some canadian geese just the other day. I don't know how he came to be in northern Alberta, Canada but since he was following the geese I know that he will at least be able to find his way back to the United States where the geese spend their winters. With winter soon coming, bringing with it snow and temperatures as low as -40*C I'm glad that he was able to leave before the winter storms. I hope Max was able to see some of the Olympic games (we certainly enjoyed watching them on television) and Canada before he travelled elsewhere.

Please let us know when Max makes it back home.

Sincerely,
Ann & Jenna Christensen
