Subject: Dino Forest

My name is Pieter and I wrote this story with my daddy. It is with dinosaurs - a little adventure.

One day I was at my house and I went outside to see what I could see. I went behind a tree and I saw a great big T-Rex. I was very frightened and I ran into the house. I asked my Mom if she believed me and she said, "No! that is just phoey."

Then I went outside to show her, but it was not here. Now this is a neighborhood and we lived in a forest. In that forest, called Forest Dinosaurs, we did see a T-Rex and we went into a little door where there was a small, forest of dinosaurs. We walked and saw all kinds of things. A BIG T-Rex. We also saw a longneck and we rode on his back. It slammed the other T-Rex to the ground with its long tail. And that is the story of the dinosaur adventure.

I hope you have enjoyed my story.

Dear Alex,

I think your stories and pictures are wonderful. I have a little boy who is two that will love to see Max and his many adventures. My little boy's name is Axton, and he loves books and stories...especially ones with animals. He doesn't know what a Koala Bear is yet, but with the help of your stories me and his Daddy will be able to teach him all about animals in Australia.

Thank you for all your hard work and your wonderful imagination. I am going to tell all Axton's friends about Max and encourage them to visit him on your website. (I am even going to e-mail Axton's grandma and tell her about Max. She will think your site is so much fun).

High five to you and your Daddy. Keep up the good work.

Sincerely,
Susann Wichita Falls, TX, USA

I have only been on the Internet about 3 times now and your story is already one of my favorites. My children (ages 5 and 7) will enjoy reading all of your stories with me--I've bookmarked your stories so that I will make sure to find it when they wake up tomorrow.

Both of my kids enjoy using the computer. Could you tell us how they could put a story on the Internet--starting from the basics please. For instance, which graphics program did you use and in what format did you save it?

Thanks again for creating a really neat place on the Internet so that I have a reason to introduce my children to the Internet!
